Preorders and shipping

Every product is made to order. Production takes 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping then takes 6 to 10 days, depending on the country. You get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. The shipping price is shown before you pay.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a preorder for a full refund until it ships. Write to us with your order number. After delivery, you can return an unused product within 14 days. If a product arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and we send a replacement or refund it.

Payments

Payments go through PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

Privacy

We keep your name, email and shipping address to deliver your order and to answer you about it. We don't sell them. We use Mixpanel to count visits and sales on this site; it records pages viewed, the link you came from and your approximate country. Write to us to get or delete your data.
